i found the staff very supportive and friendly. the room was clean and the location is good. i also liked that you have a 649 bus station near the hotel and a 5 minute walk to manzoni metro station.
my room was on the top floor and the air conditioning did not properly cool the room to feel ourselves comfortable. i complained, however the reception informed us it was checked and was functioning properly.

I found a bus stop near the hotel. the hotel is located a 5 minute walk to the manzoni metro station. transport to the main tourist attractions was straightforward. The location added great value.

Staff arranged taxis. Restaurant recommendations was provided. The bed was very comfortable. Location was outside the busy city center. The pick up location and bus stop is a ten minute walk away. I had single room and the bed was enough wide. Cotton bed linen was provided.
Hygiene products in the room was very limited. It did not match what the pictures showed.

The breakfast was not great. refills were slow. I noticed hot items like scrambled eggs were often cold. the room was also quite noisy. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. street noise began early, around 6:00 am, disrupting my sleep.
